I had similar epiphany but in dealing with how I saw myself in photos. I find that cutting out sugar completely (except for small portions of dark chocolate) really helps improve health and drop weight. Not craving sugar goes a long way! The rest requires cutting carbs, at least for me.

Congrats on the weight loss. Did you do anything special like low carb, or did you just eat less?
