One of my favourite economists ever. I never read the original futarky paper but this explains it better than any of Robin's article I've read on overcoming bias. Lol. So, thanks, Richard

My greatest fear is that incompetent if not outright malicious people will be elevated to senior level corporate positions through mass hysterical virtue signaling. I just read that the median pay to corporate board members in the US is $310K. These people are so rich that trashing companies in order to score cheap diversity points and gain merit with the current ersatz religious order could very well be an option they can afford. The pressure that is going to be put on chairmen to hire “marginalized” racial and sexual groups will be unbearable compared to the easy way out. They will not be thinking rationally. They cannot because in order to do so would be racist and sexist, which is pure evil and they and their families will be shamed on social media by the mob and forced into struggle sessions where they recant; but of course it’s too late. There is no due process in this type of scenario. None at all. We have seen this many times already with various stars and lower party cadres. But, with the inevitable progression of modern liberal hysteria it will reach the boardroom.
